AmpliSens® MultiPlex line kits are based on dual-labeled fluorescent probes technology. This technology uses primers and probes for several DNA targets. Amplification products identification for each DNA target runs on a different optical channel. It allows to identify simultaneously for up to 4 infections + Internal Control in one tube. The sensitivity of these tests is not affected by changing number of infections.
