Ecoli Ltd. Sequencing Service allows to read reliably from one sample reaction up to 750 bases. In addition to standard sequencing of PCR products and plasmids can be used also additional service - Primer Walking, Shotgun Sequencing, Bac-End Sequencing, Primer Extension Sequencing and others.
13 basic types of sequencing primers are provided free of charge.
In the case of a negative sequencing outcome, which was not caused due to the wrong sample preparation, there is no set-up or handling fee.
The basic price for 1 sequencing reaction is Eur 9,75 (Ex VAT).
